NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS:  Some of our customers have reported receiving calls from someone trying to obtain their credit card and/or social security card number by stating that their check to the Water District was not signed and that payment is needed with a credit card.  THIS IS A SCAM - please be wary of any calls in which someone tries to collect personal information.

If indeed there is a problem with your payment the Water District would instruct you to come in to the office to make a payment, mail your payment, or have you make a credit card payment through its website (www.rwd7.com).  If you receive any such calls we encourage you to report it to the Kansas Attorney General's office at (800) 432-2310 or www.ksag.org.
